Reflex has been re-designed as club Pop World and while still cheesy, the venue has been updated with 90s songs and chart pop songs. Pop World will open in Freshers Week, on Tuesday 25th September.
Owner, Matt, says: “It’s gunna be a fresh, new look…It’ll be a big change visually; inside there’s a lot of lighting done, new seating – and the whole of the front of the building looks completely different – it’s all stripy…looking really smart.”
The opening will launch its regular student night, called Dirty Stop Out, with firebreathers and stilt walkers – as well as a £100,000 re-design.
