Another exciting week for performance – here’s our tips for the week ahead
Mayflower
Ghost the musical will be showing Tue 29 Oct – Sat 9 November 2013. The show tells the story of lovers Sam and Molly, and what happens when they are attacked on their way home. This is the first tour for the musical, which is based on the Oscar-winning movie of the same name in the ’90s.

Theatre Group
Southampton University’s Theatre Group is performing Equus 30th October – 2nd November. You can check out The Edge’s preview to the show here.
Tickets are £5 for PA members, £6 for Students and £9 for adults.
O2 Guildhall Southampton
On Wednesday TV comedian Ed Byrne comes to Southampton with his Roaring Forties. The Irish funny man, best known for his appearances on Mock the Week, QI and Never Mind the Buzzcocks, has been touring the UK since September, and bring his third tour to Southampton, after a very successful month long run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer. His previous tours Crowd Pleaser and Different Class have been critically acclaimed, and Roaring Forties looks set to continue on this successful streak of live shows.

Probably worth mentioning that Phill Jupitus is at The Nuffield this week too! A couple of my friends have said he’s really good live. 🙂
