Ubisoft has today revealed the first gameplay trailer of the hotly anticipated open-world action driving game, The Crew which will be available on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. Claiming that the game will be set in an open-world recreation of the United States, the game will feature challenges as well as incorporating online play into the world to pit players against each other. A tentative release date of ‘Autumn 2014’ has been touted.
As well as the other trailer and pre-orders opening, Ubisoft has also revealed that players will be able to take part in an online game prior to the game’s release in order to unlock ‘in-game rewards, goodies and mystery rewards’. This will entail finding ‘Golden Plates’ which have apparently been hidden or will be hidden throughout screenshots and trailers etc. that will be continue to be revealed until the release date. These license plate codes can then be entered on a dedicated website here to unlock the rewards.
