Following sold out runs on the West End and Broadway and gaining critical acclaim Nick Payne’s play Constellations is coming to the Nuffield Theatre for a limited run.
The first tour of the explosive new play that tells the story of friendship and free will, starring Louise Brealey (Sherlock, The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel ) and Joe Armstrong (Happy Valley, Hollow Crown) takes us on a whistle stop tour of love, invention and the power of a connection between two people.
The production has received critical acclaim with endless 5 star reviews. Henry Hitchings from The Evening Standard called the play “Ingenious and beautiful. Truly stellar.” along with Charles Spencer (The Daily Telegraph) citing the play as “Genius. Powerful. Pitch-perfect.” The stellar reviews and fantastic writing lead to Constellations being awarded Best New Play at the Evening Standard Awards 2012.
