The next batch of acts has just been announced for the increasingly promising Green Man 2014, including Saturday night second-stage headliners The War On Drugs.
The highly-regarded music and arts festival – held amongst the picturesque Black Mountains in south-east Wales – has also added The Waterboys, Neko Case, Panda Bear (of Animal Collective), Sun Kil Moon, The 2 Bears, Other Lives, Jonathan Wilson, and Mutual Benefit.
They join the previously-announced main stage headliners Beirut (Friday) and Neutral Milk Hotel (Sunday), and an already excellent supporting line-up, including First Aid Kit, former War on Drugs member Kurt Vile, Sharon Van Etten, Poliça, and many more.
With still more acts to be announced, including Saturday’s headliners, Green Man is shaping up to be one of the highlights of the 2014 festival season.
Green Man 2014 will take place from the 14th to the 17th of August. Ticket prices are far more affordable than for the major festivals, with adult tickets at £159 and student tickets at £135 (each plus a booking fee). These are available now from the festival website.
