Steve jobs finally receives a trailer after a troubled start.
After the original director and several leading men have come and gone from the project, Aaron Sorkin’s Steve Jobs script is finally getting off the ground.
Now with Danny Boyle in the director’s chair, Michael Fassbender filling out those iconic Jobsian Levi’s, Kate Winslet as former marketing chief of Macintosh Joanna Hoffman, Seth Rogen as Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak, and Jeff Daniels as former Apple CEO John Sculley, Steve Jobs finally grants us with a teaser.
Based on the best-selling Walter Isaacson–penned biography, the film reportedly features Fassbender’s Jobs in every single scene and, told in real time, will cover three backstage scenes from Jobs’s most famous keynote speeches.
It looks like Winslet, Rogen, and Daniels will each feature in one of the three sections, but this is Fassbender’s show. It seemed impossible but Fassbender pulls off that famous Black Turtle neck and even slightly resembles the deceased Jobs.
Steve Jobs is set to hit theatres October 9 2015.
