Singer-songwriter Lucy Rose has revealed a new song and the accompanying video via her Twitter account.
‘I Tried’ serves as the follow-up to her other recently shared singles ‘Our Eyes‘ and ‘Like An Arrow’, both of which will feature on Rose’s new record Work It Out.
The video for ‘I Tried’ shows Rose within the hustle and bustle of Liverpool Street (in London), static and looking directly at the camera as commuters, pedestrians and tourists walk past her obliviously.
Although the new song does not feature on the original details of Work It Out‘s tracklist, Rose has revealed that ‘I Tried’ will be available to fans when they pre-order her upcoming LP.
Lucy Rose has also recently announced a huge UK tour to promote her sophomore album, taking place this October and November where she will perform at venues like The Forum in London and Oxford’s O2 Academy.
Work It Out will be released 6th July via Columbia Records.
