Important news for people who have been obsessively re-watching the Scream Queens trailers over and over again: The show now has a premiere date!
Thanks to Emma Roberts’ Instagram, the world now knows that the show will premiere on Tuesday 22nd September -which is only a short three months from now.
In other exciting Scream Queens news, Deadline reported on Wednesday (24th June) that Charisma Carpenter has been cast as the mother of Ariana Grande’s character.
Cool kids will remember Charisma from her role as Cordelia on Buffy the Vampire Slayer, while others might know her from the first two Expendables movies.
She’s currently set to guest star, but Deadline notes that the role is a “potentially recurring” one. Fingers crossed that this means Ariana will last longer than one episode!
Scream Queens will air on 22nd September in the US. A UK airdate has yet to be confirmed.
