Wakefield-based brothers, The Cribs have announced the first two dates of their upcoming UK tour.
The band are set to play Glasgow’s Barrowlands on Tuesday 20th October and London’s Roundhouse on Wednesday 28th October, with more shows to be added very soon. On their Facebook, the band said: “We have been going crazy waiting to get on a real UK tour, and these first 2 shows are gonna be really important gigs for us”.
The tour follows the release of the band’s sixth studio album, For All My Sisters, which was labelled the band’s most pop-infused album, given it’s deviations from their established sound. The release of the LP this year followed a three year wait since 2012’s In The Belly Of The Brazen Bull.
Tickets for the two dates will go on general sale on Friday 31st July.
