CHVRCHES have shared a new track – entitled ‘Clearest Blue’ – from their upcoming album, Every Open Eye.
So far, the Glaswegian band have shared two early singles from the sophomore record; ‘Leave A Trace‘ and ‘Never Ending Circles‘. ‘Clearest Blue’ is their next offering from the follow-up to their 2012 debut, The Bones Of What You Believe.
Their new single exudes energy with its heavy use of repeated synth bursts and Lauren Mayberry’s signature vocals, that are both delicate, yet raw – evoking the band’s distinct style.
The song won’t be unfamiliar to fans who have seen them live as CHVRCHES opened both their sets at V Festival with ‘Clearest Blue’.
