Fallout 4’s release has been nearing closer at a startling rate, ever since its announcement at E3 this summer. With 10th November release date now less than a month away, the marketing campaign is gearing up to go full force.
For the last few weeks, Bethesda have been releasing brilliant faux-50s advertisements, centered on the game’s S.P.E.C.I.A.L skills system, and now, in their latest update, they have released a one-minute clip entitled ‘The Wanderer’.
The clip doesn’t show any gameplay and is more focused on setting the tone and feel of the game. A live-action teaser, the trailer is named after the doo-wop song that features prominently in it, as we’re taken on a tour of the post-apocalyptic Boston setting.
Though it doesn’t particularly reveal anything new about the game, it does promise the return of Fallout’s black humour and fully realized world. For fans, the anticipation is becoming overwhelming, and this exciting little trailer serves to fuel the hype train even further.
Fallout 4 launches on 10th November on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC. Watch the new trailer below.
