The nominations for the 73rd annual Golden Globe awards have been announced, heating up the anticipation for next year’s awards season.
The Hollywood Foreign Press Association assembled a quartet of stars to announce this year’s nominees, including Chloe Grace-Moretz, Dennis Quaid, Angela Bassett and America Ferrera.
Todd Hayne’s emotional drama, Carol, proved to be an early frontrunner, earning nominations in several major categories including Best Drama, Best Actress and Best Director.
