It’s finally here! Pink has released her brand new single as part of the soundtrack for Disney’s upcoming sequel, Alice Through the Looking Glass .
‘Just Like Fire’ is the star’s first new single in three years and is available to stream and download now. The mid-tempo track was co-written by Pink with producers Max Martin, Shellback and Oscar Holter specifically for the film.
It follows a cover version of ‘White Rabbit’ that Pink recorded for the movie’s marketing campaign. Meanwhile, Pink has been busy working on her seventh studio album, which is expected to be released later this year.
Just last month, the singer-songwriter registered two new tracks with music rights organisation BMI, prompting rumours of a comeback.
It will serve as the follow-up to Pink’s 2013 album The Truth About Love, which sold a mammoth 7 million copies worldwide.
Starring Mia Wasikowska, Johnny Depp, Anne Hathaway, Sacha Baron Cohen and Helena Bonham Carter, Alice Through the Looking Glass will be released in cinemas on 27th May.
