The first official trailer for Wonder Woman has been released.
Starring Gal Gadot as the whip-cracking demi-goddess, the film is set during World War I and sees the Amazonian princess flee from her sheltered island home to try and put a stop to the battle.
Diana is joined in the fight by US military officer, Steve Trevor (Chris Pine), who after crashing on the island she once called home, quickly becomes besotted with her.
Directed by Patty Jenkins, the film also stars the likes of Lucy Davis, Robin Wright and Connie Nielsen.
Wonder Woman is set to arrive in UK cinemas on 2nd June 2017.
