Sam Smith has confirmed that his next single will be ‘Like I Can’, lifted from critically acclaimed number one debut album, In the Lonely Hour.
The single will follow previous tracks ‘Money On My Mind’, ‘Stay With Me’, ‘I’m Not the Only One’ and ‘Restart’, with the latter’s video filmed at Glastonbury Festival 2014 where Smith performed to a full crowd.
This week, Smith triumphed at the MOBO awards, winning the Male, Album, Song and R&B/soul categories, as well as being named Best New Act at the Q Awards.
Smith will be performing in the UK next year ending his tour at O2 Academy Brixton in South London. He will also be touring through 16 cities in North America from mid-January to February 2015.
‘Like I Can’ will be released officially as Smith’s next single on 8th December. Listen to the track below.
