Awesome

Ella Eyre is starting to make her voice heard and this track emulates that perfectly.

21-year old singer-songwriter Ella Eyre brings us her latest single in the the form of ‘Good Times’ featuring Sigma. The track is taken from her up-coming debut album Feline.

Eyre’s latest track is great. I’m going to say that from the off. It’s fun, full of bounce and is just one of those songs that can get you in the mood to have a good time (no pun intended). It’s one of those tracks that you can imagine accompanying everyone’s GoPro holiday compilation videos at the end of summer, as I have no doubt that it will be a massive hit as the season begins to tail off.

Sigma’s influence to the backing track is obvious and is just as robust and in your face as you’d expect with heavy bass and plenty of synth. The track is quick-paced throughout, excluding a very short, echoey breakdown three minutes in, and is certainly one that would get a room of club-goers or a crowd at a festival jumping up and down like maniacs.

The London-born star is quickly establishing herself in the industry and this track will only help to cement her place within it.

‘Good Times’ will be released on Friday 7th August via Virgin Records.
