After a prolonged absence, We Are Scientists have announced their return with their fifth studio album TV en Français. To be released on 3rd March, the album is now available to pre-order here. This comes on the back of their Business Casual EP which was released in October of last year.
The last album Barbara, released in 2010, received positive reviews from the likes of NME and Allmusic. The new album was produced by Chris Coady, who has also worked with the Yeah Yeah Yeahs, Beach House and Yuck and featuring the return of drummer Andy Burrows – after his solo album release and tour.
We Are Scientists will be touring the new album in spring, and will even be making an appearance at Southampton University, on 17th March, with tickets available here. The video for the first single to be taken from the new album ‘Dumb Luck’, can be watched below.
