The video for Lana Del Rey’s upcoming single ‘West Coast’ has been unveiled.
The news regarding the video’s premiere was revealed via Del Rey’s Twitter to her 3.8 million followers.
The video sees Del Rey in various settings, ranging from being embedded within the waves of the sea, to the back of an open-roof car where she seductively drags from a cigarette. The video also features superimpositions of Del Rey, in colour, swaying in fire flames. Del Rey’s signature classy aesthetic from Born to Die is clearly going to be sustained in the visuals of this new era.
‘West Coast’ will be available to buy on May 18th and is the first cut to be taken from her upcoming album, Ultraviolence.
