Cheryl Cole has released the music video to accompany her upcoming single, ‘Crazy Stupid Love’. It is to be the lead single from the pop singer’s fourth studio album and is a follow-up to A Million Lights which featured the number one single ‘Call My Name’.
The video is set in an underground club, and has a particularly grungy aesthetic which clashes slightly with the upbeat sound of the track. The video sees the appearance of Tinie Tempah, who features on the song, and a lot of sexualised booty-boppin’.
The track was penned by the same writer who wrote Cole’s ‘Fight For This Love’ which was featured on her debut album. Cole has also had single hits such as ‘Parachute’, ‘Promise This’ and ‘Under the Sun’.
The release of the music video comes after Cole performed on Britain’s Got Talent final last Saturday.
The song will be available for purchase on 20th July, to then be followed by the release of her album, expected sometime in November this year.
