Marina and the Diamonds has revealed the tracklist for her upcoming third studio album.
The tracklist was revealed via Diamandis’ (Marina Diamandis) Instagram profile, with the picture sporting a eclectic, vibrant and galactic aesthetic, a change from the visuals of both of the singer-songwriter’s previous albums.
The album has been confirmed to be entitled FROOT, with the lead single from Diamandis’ latest effort also being the title track. The song was unveiled via Diamandis’ YouTube account last month, with its sound bridging both The Family Jewels and Electra Heart.
The Instagram post revealed that the tracks will continue Diamandis’ ambiguous FROOT title, with the likes of ‘Weeds’, ‘Blue’ and ‘Immortal’ being revealed via the post.
Diamandis’ first album peaked at number five in the charts, with her second topping the UK charts. The audio video for ‘Froot’ has already amassed over two million views, hinting at the popularity that is likely to occur in Diamandis’ next musical endeavour.
