This week’s round-up includes One Direction’s fourth studio album, FOUR, which has been teased to us through the release of many of its tracks on iTunes. The album is a follow-up to the worldwide success, Midnight Memories, released last year. Elsewhere, Rixton release their latest single and Fryars releases his second studio album. Rixton – ‘Wait On Me’
Manchester bred four-piece Rixton will be releasing the second dose of their debut album tomorrow with ‘Wait On Me’. The new track follows the number-one hit single ‘Me and My Broken Heart’, which was pre-released as part of a four-track EP in the United States in March. ‘Wait On Me’ is lifted from the upcoming debut record Let the Road which is set to be released March 2015 during Ariana Grande’s second concert tour, The Honeymoon Tour in 2015, where Rixton will be supporting. ‘Wait On Me’ is officially released 16th November.

Fryars – Power
Singer-songwriter and producer Fryars, AKA Ben Garrett, is set to release his long-awaited second album this week. Over the last two years Fryars has revealed a number of tracks from the upcoming album with videos to accompany including ‘The Power’, ‘Cool Like Me’ and ‘Love So Cold’. As well as working on the new record, Fryars has also been working closely with Lily Allen on her latest album Sheezus which he co-produced, as well as Rae Morris on their collaborative track ‘Cold’. He will be supporting Lily Allen on her upcoming UK winter tour. Power will be available to buy 17th November. Watch the album trailer below.
One Direction – FOUR
The globally-successful pop group, One Direction, release their fourth studio album this Monday, suitably entitled FOUR. With the album’s lead single, ‘Steal My Girl’, not quite achieved the same commercial success as other lead singles, the group has made it up with the numerous songs that they have made available to fans climbing the iTunes charts, including ‘Night Changes’ and ’18’. The band’s last three albums have all been worldwide successes, achieving number ones around the world including here in the UK as well as the US. The group have also been behind the tracks including ‘Best Song Ever’ and ‘Live While We’re Young’. Buy the album on Monday and listen to ‘Steal My Girl’ below.
