In support of their latest album Winter Kills, DevilDriver are embarking on a six-date UK tour, gracing the stage of Southampton’s Mo’Club on Thursday 10th April.
Formed in 2002, the California Groove Metallers have slowly but surely garnered a reputation for being one of the most intense and exciting live acts on the circuit with their meld of Pantera-style groove and Machine Head-esque razor sharp thrash. The band have performed on tours with acts such as Slipknot, Opeth, In Flames and been invited to play festivals around the world, including an appearance at Download Festival in 2007 where the band attempted to set the record for the world’s largest circle pit.
Receiving critical acclaim throughout their career, the group have reached new heights with their latest album, reaching a career best of no. 32 in the Billboard 200 and being described by Ray Von Horn, Jr. of Blabbermouth as “even more energized than ever”.
