While the Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) has been around since the late 90s in the US, this is just the third time that the event has been held in the UK. The Electronic Dance Music genre has grown massively in the last few years, making festivals such as the EDC an increasingly popular event.
The one-day event features many up-and-coming DJs and a host of famous names to whet your appetite. The incredible list includes the likes of Tiesto, Hardwell, Steve Aoki, Sub Focus, and Sigma to name but a few. The EDC offers an opportunity to see these incredible acts at a smaller, more intimate festival.
The entertainment isn’t just musical though, with carnival rides, art displays and a host of different performers all fitting into just a single day – indicating great value for money.
Electric Daisy Carnival is the holy grail of EDM festivals in the UK, boasting a wildly ranging and popular line-up from well known DJ megastars to bedroom recorded struggling stars. Set in Milton Keynes, the festival is easy to access and hopefully a little less muddy than the likes of Glastonbury. This one day festival will not fail to keep you entertained, you will only wish it was every weekend.
Electric Daisy Carnival is on the 11th of July. Day tickets are available, and a host of extras include VIP, coach add-ons and travel packages.
