The Edge Introducing will return on the 2nd November to showcase a plethora of local talent. The Costellos will headline after a very successful 2015 thus far playing at some of the country’s biggest festivals, including Common People, Isle Of Wight Festival and Wickham Festival. They are also currently touring up and down the country supporting Watford-based band The Spitfires.
Support for the evening will come from Portsmouth-based CLUES and Winchester five-piece Strawberry Morning.
The Costellos are a young guitar-driven Indie Rock’n’Roll band from Southampton. The band formed early last year, where they quickly gained a good reputation when they hit the scene in and around the South Coast. Things really started to kick in and started to build a loyal following with the release of their debut track ‘Bring Your Love Down’. Whilst supporting the likes of The Hoosiers and now The Spitfires, the four-piece have been able grow dramatically during 2015 as a band, with their live performances receiving excellent reviews across various media platforms. The Costellos are starting to take the UK by storm, and with the release of the largely anticipated double A-side single ‘Mould Me A New One’ and ‘Thinking About’ on the horizon, that storm is only going to get bigger and bigger.
