Always one of the biggest festivals of the summer, Reading & Leeds have pushed the boat out with a UK first ‘five headliners over three days’, during the August Bank Holiday weekend.
Topping the bill are the Red Hot Chilli Peppers, making their long awaited live return at Reading & Leeds. Coinciding with the upcoming release of their eleventh album, the Chilli Peppers play exclusively in the UK at the joint-venue festival, bringing their funk-induced sing-along hits.
The first announced co-headliners are the ferocious Foals, who played an incredibly successful secret set last year, and the first major UK headline appearance for Disclosure, fully live on the main stage. Both artists have led a recent surge in their respective genres and will be sure to put on an incredible show.
The second co-headliner pair, Fall Out Boy and Biffy Clyro, need no introduction to regular Reading & Leeds goers and rock fans alike, with 13 appearances at the festival and 12 studio albums between them, they solidify the already strong line-up.
The big names don’t end with the five headliners though, the likes of The 1975, Imagine Dragons, and A$AP Rocky are supplemented by the up-and-coming acts Jack Garrett, Jack Ü, and Slaves, amongst many others.
