Sheffield rockers Bring Me The Horizon have announced that they will be playing two intimate warm-up shows in preparation for their supporting slot on the main stage at this year’s Reading and Leeds Festivals.

The five-piece will hit the stage before headliners Metallica at the festivals and as a result will be looking to fine-tune their setlist before they travel to Reading on 29th August.

The first of their two intimate shows will be at Liverpool’s O2 Academy on the 26th, before making their way south and stopping off for their second show at the O2 Academy in Oxford. BMTH will be supported on the two dates by Bristonian rock band Turbowolf.

The Olly Sykes-fronted titans have also recently revealed that their fifth studio album, That’s the Spirit – which includes latest singles ‘Happy Song‘ and ‘Throne‘ – will be released via Columbia Records on 11th September.

Pre-sale tickets for the shows in Liverpool and Oxford will go on sale tomorrow for Reading and Leeds ticket holders, with the general sale set to start this Friday via this link.
