Wolf Alice unveil horror-inspired video for ‘You’re A Germ’ – watch

North London-based alternative rock band, Wolf Alice have unveiled a horror-inspired music video for their latest single, ‘You’re A Germ’.

In a blood-spattered tribute to the video nasties of the 1970’s and 80’s, the three minute visual features several eerily recognisable horror tropes, including a chainsaw-wielding clown, a disturbing looking doll and a bunch of foolish young protagonists who run in all the wrong directions to get away from the danger.

In a press release for the video’s premiere, the band said: “We are big fans of horror movies, terrified of them no doubt, but massive fans all the same. We always buy one on the road to watch together on long drives – we have figured out who will die first in the zombie apocalypse that is undoubtedly gonna happen, Joff can do a brilliant Leather Face from Texas Chainsaw Massacre impression and it was only a matter of time before we made our own.”

The band’s debut album, My Love is Cool, is out now. Watch the video below.
