Stephen King thriller 11.22.63 to air on FOX in the UK


The nine-hour event series, 11.22.63, adapted from acclaimed horror author Stephen King’s best selling novel, is set to premiere on FOX in the UK this spring.

11.22.63 stars James Franco as Jake Epping, a high school teacher who time travels back to Texas in the 60s to prevent the assassination of US President John F Kennedy. He also falls in love with Sadie (Sarah Gadon), a librarian. However, the past doesn’t take too kindly to trespassers, and the odds are against Jake’s favour throughout the series.

The series also stars Chris Cooper, Cherry Jones, Lucy Fry, George Mackay and Daniel Webber. It is produced by J.J. Abrams, Stephen King, Bridget Carpenter and Bryan Burk, and will be premiering on 15th February 2016 in the US.
