Eddie Izzard set to bring Force Majeure show to Nuffield Theatre

Eddie Izzard will be bringing his Force Majeure tour to Southampton’s Nuffield Theatre next month.

The inimitable comic will be playing three separate one-hour shows on Wednesday 25th May – with each performance fluently spoken in a different language. Starting at 7pm, Izzard will perform first in German, second in French and then will finish up with an English performance at 9pm.

Following his recent Sport Relief challenge, in which he ran 27 marathons in 27 days, such an ambitious feat shouldn’t come as a surprise to fans of the comedian and actor. Izzard first performed his 3-3-3 shows in Caen, Normandy on 6th June 2014 to mark the 70th anniversary of D-Day.

Izzard is performing these shows in support of the Stronger in Europe campaign.

Tickets for each show start at £18.00 and can be purchased from the Nuffield website.
