In the space of a year, Childhood have seen themselves tabbed as ‘ones to watch’ by NME for both 2013 and 2014, toured with the likes of Palma Violets and Temples (with Interpol added to that list come June) and have become a summertime musical staple. With all this in mind, it seems like their first ever headline tour is long overdue.
Expect your bank holiday weekend to start a few days early when they rock up at Lennons on the Thursday night. Showcasing a set that will undoubtedly see unreleased material from their debut alongside the instant festival classics such as ‘Haltija‘ Childhood promise a set full of sunshine bliss– with anthemic choruses aplenty.
Supports for the night will be provided by the equally impressive Fever and The Boy I Used to Be.
Tickets are priced at £6 and are available now.
