Stand up comedian Ed Byrne is coming to O2 Guildhall Southampton as part of his Roaring Forties nation wide tour on the 30th October 2012.
The Irish funny man, best known for his appearances on Mock the Week, QI and Never Mind the Buzzcocks, has been touring the UK since September, and bring his third tour to Southampton, after a very successful month long run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival this summer. His previous tours Crowd Pleaser and Different Class have been critically acclaimed, and Roaring Forties looks set to continue on this successful streak of live shows.
The show will be a continuation of Byrne’s observational comedy, where he comments on the fact that coming into his forties is like coming of age, as he is “a self-confessed “miserable old git” since the age of 23″ and “embraces middle age with open arms.”
The Edge are giving away two tickets to Byrne’s Southampton show. All you have to do is answer the following question. Send your answers to [email protected]. Entries need to be in by Sunday 27th October at midnight.
