The first trailer of the second season of Netflix’s acclaimed drama Orange Is The New Black has been unveiled.
The trailer also announces that the second season will be available on the streaming service from 6th June 2014.
According to the trailer, the majority of characters will return to the series including ‘Red’, George Mendez, ‘Crazy Eyes’ Nicky Nicholls and ‘Taystee’. At the end of January it was also confirmed that Alex Vause (Laura Prepon) will return to play Piper Chapman’s (Taylor Schilling) love interest.
The first season of the Netflix original series revolved around Piper and her entry into a federal prison, and the recurring characters behind bars. The final episode left a question mark over Piper’s future, including her relationship status, her sexuality, and the time she would spend in prison.
