Rodgers and Hammerstein’s classic musical Oklahoma! is to grace the Mayflower Theatre, Southampton and is one musical everyone has to see!
Running from the 5th – 9th May Oklahoma!, the first musical written by the famous pair tells the story of cowboy Curly McLain and his romance with farmgirl Laurey Williams featuring well known songs like ‘Oh What A Beautiful Mornin”, ‘Kansas City’ a titular song ‘Oklahoma!’
The cast has some well known musical theatre faces including Belinda Lang known for her role in 2point4 children, Gary Wilmot fresh from appearing in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels and Ashley Day who recently won Understudy of the Year at the West End Frame Awards after understudying Elder Price in Book of Mormon.
