With four hugely successful albums under their belt, Brand New start off their special UK tour on Friday 11th April in Southampton’s O2 Guildhall , where they visited last in 2012.
With their most recent album Daisy coming out in 2011 and their debut Your Favourite Weapon released in 2001, Long Island alt-rockers Brand New have collected their share of hardcore passionate fans over the years. Having recently played a series of shows in America, where they played their back-catalogue in full (2 full albums each night), the band are making their way around the UK in April; the band have stated that they were undecided if they would continue with this format on their European dates. Regardless, the band are sure to satisfy their fan’s nostalgia and make up for lost time by playing favourites from Daisy, The Devil and God Are Raging Inside Me and Deja Entendu, as well as potentially playing some new material that the band have been rumoured to be working on. Brand New are infamous for their intense performance style and powerful songs, assuring that whether they play old or new songs, this show is not one to miss.
Support will come from acoustic-indie-punk band The Front Bottoms and alt-rockers Saves The Day on the European tour dates.
