The man with one of the most velvety voices of the 21st century is set to play three huge dates at the stunning and historic Ally Pally in March – 16th, 17th and 18th of March, all of which are now sold out. Before the London dates Ben Howard will be playing a number of gigs as part of the I Forget Where We Were tour, including Australia and a sell out Sydney Opera House show which looks set to be an incredible night.
The hugely talented and popular Ben Howard has been up for a smattering of awards and nominations since the release of his incredible debut in 2011 Every Kingdom. His first album led to him being nominated for the highly respected Mercury Prize and won him two BRIT Awards, as well as solidifying his position as one of the most popular British solo artists across a variety of ages. Late in 2014, October to be precise, he released he second album I Forget Where We Were which jumped straight to number one in both the UK and Scottish Charts, and did pretty well in other European countries and Australia. Ben Howard’s sound has been described as folk/indie/singer-songwriter. Personally he is my go to artist a relaxed sound. And seeing as he built up his stellar reputation and got his record deal through his gigging across the UK it is expected that this tour is going to be insane.
Only a limited number of tickets are available for a select number of the UK gigs, including Leeds, Glasgow, Newcastle and even Paris if you’re feeling adventurous – click here.
