In support of their latest record Revolution Radio, Green Day have announced a set of dates in the UK and Europe in 2017.
The band will be touring Europe between January and February of next year, with the UK leg consisting of three shows in Leeds, Manchester and London.
Revolution Radio is set to hit the airwaves on October 7. The band have already released the debut single ‘Bang Bang’, which was met with critical acclaim; many critics and fans praising the band’s step back to their classic sound.
Green Day are legends within the punk rock genre, spanning across three decades selling more than 75 million records world wide. The band were insanely successful in the mid-90s, and after experiencing a low in the early 2000s they reignited their success with the legendary rock opera American Idiot in 2004.
The first dates of the Revolution Radio tour will take place across North America, starting in St. Louis on September 20 and finishing in Berkley on October 20.
Tickets go on sale Friday 9th September at 9am.
