Katy Perry may release a repackaged edition of Prism

It is rumoured that Katy Perry could be releasing new music via a repackaged edition of her latest hit album, Prism.

The pop artist is due to headline the Super Bowl halftime show this February and it is said on mixer Serban Ghenea’s resumé that Perry may be revealing three new songs to the world.

The artist’s credits show a number of big, commercially popular hits, but later in the document (which can be seen here) there are three tracks under Perry’s name which are yet to be officially released.

The three tracks are ‘In Flames’, ‘Heartache Crusade’ and ‘She’s So Creepy’.

Although the new songs have not been confirmed by Katy Perry herself or her label, it is quite likely for the musician to release a repackaged version of her album Prism, following the trend that she started with her last album, with its repackaged version containing the hits ‘Part of Me’ and ‘Wide Awake’.

Prism was released back in 2013 and reached number one both in the UK and the US. The album spawned the worldwide hits ‘Roar’ and ‘Dark Horse’, the latter’s video recently named the most viewed video on YouTube for the whole of 2014.
