Joel and Ethan Coen hit the Golden Age of Hollywood with their latest film, Hail Caesar!
The sudden and mysterious appearance of big star Baird Whitlock (George Clooney) warrants studio fixer Eddie Mannix (Josh Brolin) to try and discover who kidnapped the star, leading to what looks to be a mezmirizing and hilarious look into the film industry of Hollywood in the 50s.
This next installment in the Coen Brothers’ filmography is a far step from their previous low-key release of Inside Llewyn Davis, with a star-studded cast littered throughout their newest venture including Scarlett Johansson, Channing Tatum, Ralph Fiennes, Jonah Hill, Tilda Swinton, Frances McDormand, Clancy Brown, Christopher Lambert , Robert Picardo, and Dord Lundgren.
Hail Caesar! is set to be released in the UK on February 25 next year.
