Landing in London earlier this week for the British Fashion Awards, Lady Gaga has paid a visit to ‘Uptown Funk’ hitmaker, Mark Ronson.
Lily Allen leaked the news on the British Fashion Awards red carpet, revealing that she was meant to be meeting with Ronson herself, before being let down in favour of Gaga. Pictures have also been revealed of Gaga and Ronson together as well as ones of Gaga leaving Ronson’s studio, further legitimising the claims that the pair are working together.
This studio meet-up follows many others Gaga has had recently, such as with Chic’s Nile Rodgers, Paul McCartney and RedOne – the latter of which helped Gaga create some of her most famous hits like ‘Poker Face’, ‘Bad Romance’ and ‘Judas’. These meetings imply that Gaga is set on getting back in touch to her most popular roots, infused with some disco vibes courtesy of Rodgers.
With the album being worked on for over a year now, its expected arrival in 2016 is highly anticipated.
Gaga currently stars in American Horror Story: Hotel and has also confirmed another jazz duet album with Tony Bennett following the major success of their 2014 record.
