Bastille have released a cover of ‘I Just Died In Your Arms Tonight’, originally by Cutting Crew, titled ‘Died In Your Arms’. The guys posted the track on their Facebook this evening.
In classic Bastille style they have chosen to cover a pop song that is so well known, yet you cannot, for the life of you, think who sang it (that was my experience anyway). The original by Cutting Crew has been adapted by the band to fit with their dark, electronic style, quite like brand new single ‘Of The Night’.
Is this a sign of an Other People’s Heartache Pt 3 to come just in time for Christmas?
